Our services may affect manufacturer warranty validity. It is your responsibility to assess the effect of our services on any manufacturer’s warranty and take appropriate action.

We cannot be responsible or liable to you in relation to any service regarding:

• any loss or corruption of data, information or records;
• any loss of goodwill, or any loss of (or interruption to) business or contracts;
• any failure by you to follow our reasonable advice, recommendations or instructions;
• any loss that is not reasonably foreseeable.

We rely on the information you give us to operate this service. Such information must be complete and as accurate as possible to enable use to effectively resolve your problem.

All fees mentioned on this site are for services provided at our premises and are in UK pounds sterling, we accept payment by; bacs, cash, telegraphic transfer or banker’s cheque only.

The price for data backup is for a maximum of 40 gigabytes of data.

All fees and services mentioned on this site are based on a single user account, an additional cost may be incurred for multiple user accounts on a single PC.

We are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business or other consequential, special or indirect loss, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation, whether caused by our negligence or not, arising out of or in connection with any services.
